Max Martin currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Max held significant leadership positions at PenFed Credit Union, including Head of Talent Management and Senior Director of Learning and Talent Development, where responsibilities included developing talent management strategies, leading performance management, and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
