Frances Bennett-Sutton is a dedicated educator and volunteer currently serving as a Professor at Confederation College since September 2020, focusing on Plant Identification. Frances also contributes as a volunteer with Lifewater Canada and Camp Gitchigomee, maintaining a commitment to community service since 1994. Frances has a rich history with Confederation College, where a previous role as Professor and Program Coordinator extended from August 2003 to June 2020, prior to retirement. Additionally, Frances volunteered at Manitoba Pioneer Camp in 2013-2014. Frances holds an HBScF and an MScF in Forest Pathology and Forest Genetics from Lakehead University, completed between 1974 and 1986, and graduated from Marathon High School in 1974.
