Otuoye Oruan FCA, ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as the Manager of Treasury and Controls at the Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Otuoye held multiple positions at Airtel Nigeria from July 2015 to December 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Manager/Head of Decision Support and Expenditure Control. Responsibilities included providing analytical support for commercial initiatives and overseeing financial modeling for new products. Earlier experience includes positions at various organizations, such as Financial Management Specialist at Port Harcourt Water Corporation and Senior Account Officer at CS Offshore, where Otuoye specialized in accounting processes and financial reporting. Otuoye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Port Harcourt and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Rivers State Polytechnic.
