Manoel Juneo Ribeiro Silva is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and vocational training. Currently serving as an Instrutor de Formação Profissional at SENAI since July 2019, Manoel focuses on planning and developing educational situations for the professional qualification of youth and adults in specific technical areas. Prior experience includes roles as Gerente de Processos at Clair Mont Indústria Ótica, where project management and production optimization were key responsibilities, and as a Desenhista Projetista, where product development and project execution were primary tasks. Earlier roles include instructional positions at CFP Luiz de Paula- SENAI and operational roles at Vallee S/A. Manoel holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Engenharia e Gerenciamento de Manutenção and a Bacharelado em Engenharia Mecânica, complemented by technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Bioprocess Technology.
