Katia Doliszniak is an experienced professional in psychology and human resources, currently serving as a Profesora Adjunta at Universidad Maimónides since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing practical work for Cognitive Psychology. In addition, Katia has been with CONEXIONHR as a People Development Analyst and Tech Recruiter since May 2021, focusing on HR strategy development and the full recruiting cycle for IT positions.
