Ema Marotta began their work experience in 2015 at Inetsat, where they worked as a Functional Tester. Ema joined Conexio Group in 2019 as a QA Tester and is currently still employed in this role.

Ema Marotta completed their education from 2013 to 2019 at Universidad ORT Uruguay, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Sistemas degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified. In addition to their degree, Ema also obtained a certification from Adobe as an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Real-Time CDP in March 2023.
