Janaira Mendonça has over 12 years of work experience in sales and business development. Janaira began their career in 2008 as an Analista Administrativo in the Department of Projects at LG Electronics. In 2012, they moved to Amazonas Segurança Ltda as an Analista Comercial. In 2015, they joined Porto Seguro Serviços de Vigilância e Segurança in the same role. In 2019, they took on two roles, Business Development Representative at Gympass and Sales Account Executive Jr. at Instanteaser. Currently, they are a Sales Account Executive and Business Development Specialist at Conexa Saúde. As a Business Development Specialist, they are responsible for defining strategies for lead generation and engagement, active prospecting of clients through cold calling, email, and In-mail, presenting a consultative approach to cold calling, developing relationships, sales process, and establishing commitments, connecting with decision makers of corporate accounts, sharing information about Conexa, and scheduling meetings with qualified potential clients.

Janaira Mendonça completed a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, and Marketing from Uninorte - Laureate International between 2005 and 2008. Janaira then went on to pursue a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from Universidade Federal do Amazonas from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Janaira Mendonça participated in an Exchange Program at Eden College in Dublin, Ireland, where they studied General English.
