Nathan DeFanti currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Conemaugh Health System, Duke LifePoint Healthcare, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Applications and Director of Information Services at Allegheny Health Network from November 2013 to January 2022. Nathan also worked at UPMC as Director and Project Director from October 2006 to November 2013, and at Deloitte Consulting as Manager from October 2003 to October 2006. Additionally, Nathan served as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2003 and as a Certified Physician Assistant at West Penn Allegheny Health System from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Master of Physician Assistant and BS in Health Science from Duquesne University.
