Sion Lee currently serves as a Strategic Engagement Sr. Specialist at Con Edison, focusing on regulatory strategy and the development of geothermal and waste heat technology for utility thermal energy networks. Previously, Sion worked as a Graduate Consultant at C40 Cities and as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University for graduate-level courses in environmental justice and sustainable transportation. Sion's experience includes advocating for clean transportation as a Washington Representative at the Union of Concerned Scientists, managing legislative policies at Sullivan Strategies LLC, and conducting human rights research as a Korea-Michigan Human Rights Research Fellow at the University of Michigan. Sion holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, along with studies at Sciences Po and a strong educational background from The Bronx High School of Science.
