Sarah Spears is a seasoned professional in the field of construction and nuclear mechanics, currently serving as the Chief Construction Inspector at Con Edison since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Senior Nuclear Mechanical Technician at Entergy from November 2013 to May 2021, during which time Sarah was affiliated with UWUA Local 1-2. Sarah's career began at Bartlett Nuclear, where Sarah held a position in Maintenance Facilities from November 2005 to November 2013. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and an Associate's degree in Sociology from SUNY Westchester Community College.
