Gabriela Ruiz Celada has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they started their career at Daunis, Gente Excepcional AC where they worked as a Servicio Social, focusing on application and interpretation of graph-projective tests, diagnostic and performance evaluations, and selection interviews. In 2013, they joined Ediciones Culturales Internacionales as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, responsible for briefing, sourcing, posting job positions, and conducting interviews. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Easy Taxi and held roles as a Sr. Human Resources Analyst, responsible for job postings and distribution of flyers, and later as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on talent attraction strategies and implementation of HR policies and processes. In 2018, they joined Cabify as a Culture & Retention Manager, where they implemented talent retention strategies and managed benefit and loyalty programs. Following that, they worked at Casai as a People & Culture Manager from 2019 to 2021, responsible for building the HR department and implementing policies and processes. Most recently, in 2022, they worked at Hunty as the Head of People - México, where they built the department, implemented KPIs, and constructed policies and processes for various subareas of HR. In 2023, they will start a new role at Conecta as the Head of People & Culture.
Gabriela Ruiz Celada completed their education in a chronological order. Gabriela first attended the Universidad del Valle de México from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Gabriela pursued a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at the Sociedad PsicoanalÃtica de México.
