Kathy Mertes currently serves as Vice President and Executive Leader for Digital Payments at Conduent, a role focused on driving digital transformation within business process outsourcing. Previous experience includes a position as Business Development Partner at Kyndryl, where advisory and managed services were delivered across various technology infrastructures. At BNY Mellon, Kathy held multiple directorial positions, including Head of Technology and Strategic Partnerships, contributing to the company's Treasury Services for diverse markets such as healthcare and financial institutions. Earlier in their career, Kathy was First Vice President at Robert W. Baird, managing asset management accounts and ensuring superior customer service, and held a leadership role at Marquette University overseeing payments and project coordination. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is currently pursuing further education at Cornell University.
