Eric Rosow is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Conduce Health and a Member of the Board of Directors at Hartford HealthCare. Additionally, Eric serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Chamberlain University, a Board Director at iCleanse, and a Board Member at the Connecticut Technology Council. Eric was previously the Founder & CEO of Diameter Health, where Eric focused on normalizing, cleansing, de-duplicating, and enriching clinical data. Eric has also held positions as a Principal at Power 10 Indoor Rowing Center and as a Board Director at Cooper-Atkins Corporation and MRM Group, LLC. Eric holds a BS in Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
