Neel Kawale is the CEO of Condos.com, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Council Member with the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) from May 2020 to May 2022. Neel has also previously worked as a Consulting Analyst with Accenture from August 2016 to September 2017, and as a Summer Analyst with Salesforce from June 2015 to September 2015.

Neel Kawale completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Queen's University with a focus in finance and economics. Neel also holds an Ontario Secondary Schools Diploma (OSSD) and International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from Upper Canada College.
