Arnaud Dumont is an experienced production manager with a focus on process optimization and productivity enhancement. Currently serving as Responsable de production at Condat SA since November 2022, Arnaud is involved in production management, MES system installation, and responsible production initiatives. Previous roles include Responsable de production at SEQENS and Arkema, where Arnaud managed teams and implemented efficiency measures such as OEE and LOTOTO. Extensive experience includes oversight of production at Bostik and Viskase Companies, Inc., encompassing team management and production quality assurance. Arnaud's career began as Responsable d'atelier at BASF, where Lean methodologies were introduced to optimize manufacturing processes. Educationally, Arnaud holds a degree in chemical engineering and formulation from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille.
