James Whitfield has extensive experience in operations and production management within the construction and concrete industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Argos USA since September 2018, James oversees multiple plants. Prior roles include Production Manager at Concrete Supply Company and Plant Manager at Titan America, where responsibilities included maintenance scheduling and environmental compliance. James also worked as an Engineering Technician at the Virginia Department of Transportation, focusing on project management and budget estimates. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Rowe Materials, handling similar duties as at Titan America. James holds an education from American Military University, completed between 2013 and 2015.
