Bill Mueller has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction, Chief Estimator, and Project Manager/Estimator at Concrete Strategies LLC since February 2008. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Project Estimator at Ahal Contracting from 1998 to 2008 and as a Project Manager at KL Yates Construction Co from May 1996 to May 1998. Bill holds a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, and Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned between 1991 and 1995.
