Charles McGrath, FASAE, possesses extensive experience in executive leadership within various organizations. McGrath served as the Executive Director of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute from April 1998 until retirement, following a notable tenure as Managing Director of Client Services at Bostrom Corporation from 1991 to 2008. Prior roles include Vice President at the AMCF Association of Management Consulting Firms (1989-1991), Executive Vice President at the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (1987-1989), and Director of Meetings & Travel at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (1979-1987). McGrath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from James Madison University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
