Debbie Pettit Bayne, MS, currently serves as the Health and Welfare Manager at Concordia Plan Services, a position held since April 2014, where responsibilities include planning, directing, and overseeing operations within the Health Benefits department, managing member appeals and claim issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of benefit plans.
