Raphael Auf der Maur is an experienced leader in digital innovation and project management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Digital Innovation Delivery at CONCORDIA since March 2013, where responsibilities include building and leading a digital delivery department, managing cross-functional teams in architecture, business analysis, project management, and AI, and driving digitalization initiatives.
