Product Owner

Concord is seeking a Product Owner to join our growing software development team in the US. As a member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for collaborating on product strategy and defining and prioritizing key features of those products.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, data driven, and passionate about achieving strong outcomes for our customers. You will have a proven track record of defining products that delight users and generate strong returns on investments. In addition, the ideal candidate has experience working with customers, business leaders, and development teams within an Agile scrum process.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with Business leaders and other Product Managers to define and refine product strategies

  • Become a domain expert in the workflows that our products support

  • Collect feature input from customers and stakeholders

  • Define product features and their functional and non-functional requirements

  • Prioritize product backlogs against business priorities

  • Work with development teams to communicate requirements and answer questions

  • Sign off on completed development of the features you define in a manner that supports our high standards for quality

  • Participate in product testing activities

  • Conduct ROI analysis of the features you define

  • Participate in the creation and presentation of product roadmaps

  • Conduct product demonstrations and collect feedback

Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
  • 5 + years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a product manager/owner role
  • Experience in writing product features, and requirements
  • Experience defining requirements using demonstrable and testable language
  • Experience in defining performance, scalability, and security requirements
  • Experience working with multiple development teams simultaneously
  • Experience in juggling multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with product roadmaps
  • Experience with product ROI analysis
  • Ability to work and team effectively with management personnel across geographies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressure

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Cloud based software solutions

  • Experience with software platforms

  • Experience with the Agile development process

  • Experience with Microsoft ADO

  • Experience with the healthcare domain

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Range can flux dependent on experience.
