Joshua Cuetara has extensive experience in public safety and transportation. As a Motorcoach Operator with Concord Coach Lines since February 2016, Joshua manages bus driving responsibilities. Concurrently, as a Major and State Homeland Security Officer with the Maine Wing Civil Air Patrol USAF/AUX since October 2004, Joshua directs homeland security operations and training. Joshua's background includes safety and security roles at Sappi Fine Paper, serving as a Senior Reserve Police Officer with the Clinton Police Department, and holding positions in corrections and emergency response, including Senior Prison Guard at Maine State Prison and Rescue Captain at Canaan Fire Department. Education includes multiple certifications from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy, Kennebec Valley Community College, Maine Fire Academy, and Lawrence High School.
