Steve Dell'Orto is the Founder & CEO of ConCntric, a platform that unifies the preconstruction process by providing real-time insights and reliable data, assessing and mitigating risk, and controlling future outcomes. Steve is also a Venture Partner at Builders VC, focusing on early- and growth-stage companies. Additionally, Steve serves as a Venture Partner at Argonautic Ventures, a venture fund specializing in construction technologies. Steve is a Member of the Advisory Board for SafeAI, QuoteToMe, TargetDocs, Extracker, TraceAir Technologies, Soil Connect, and ProjectMark, providing strategic guidance and support to these technology companies in the construction industry.

Steve Dell'Orto obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California, which they completed between the years 2007 and 2009. Additionally, Steve Dell'Orto holds a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council.
