Joe Thompson has worked in the customer service industry since 1974, beginning as a Customer Service Manager at Delta International Machinery Corp. Joe then moved to Hunter Fan in 2000, where they held the same role. In 2002, they became a Customer Service Manager at Software Supply Group.com. In 2015, they began working at Submission Fight Company as a Customer Service Manager and was involved in daily aspects of immigration documents and employees. Finally, in 2016, Joe Thompson joined Conch Technologies, Inc. as an HR Specialist.
Joe Thompson attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1969-1973, where they earned a BS in Education and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education.
