Lauren Medlock, MSW, LSW, is a dedicated social worker with diverse experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Renal Social Worker at Concerto Renal Services since July 2023, Lauren previously worked as an Oncology Social Worker at University Hospitals from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that role, Lauren held the position of Dual-Diagnosis Case Manager at Crossroads Health Ohio from February 2022 to July 2022 and completed an internship at FrontLine Service in early 2022. Lauren also served as a Housing Case Manager at FrontLine Service from June 2019 to July 2021.
