Tiffany Nugent currently serves as the Owner of both the Louisville Salt Cave and SALT Wellness, roles held since mid-2024. Additionally, Tiffany holds the position of Senior Vice President of People Operations at Concert Health, a role started in late 2023, after previously serving as Vice President of People Operations at Olive from 2021 to 2023. Tiffany's extensive experience in human resources includes significant roles at UofL Health, including Vice President Human Resources and interim CHRO from 2014 to 2021, as well as positions at Amazon and Zappos Family of Companies. Tiffany Nugent holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville.
