Hilary Tolson has extensive experience in behavioral health management, currently serving as a Behavioral Care Manager at Concert Health since September 2020, where services are provided using the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model across various primary care clinics. Prior to this role, Hilary was the Director of Behavioral Health Integration at Harmony Medical Care from September 2014 to September 2020, focusing on the implementation and delivery of similar services within a family practice and primary care setting.
