Danny Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and humanitarian aid. Currently serving as a co-opted trustee at Sussex Wildlife Trust and holding the position of Executive Director UK at Concern Worldwide since November 2019, Danny also contributes as a trustee at the Disasters Emergency Committee. Previous roles include Country Director for SolidarMed, where responsibilities included managing health programs in Zambia, and overseeing the Concern Zambia Country Programme, doubling its size and expanding its funding base. Danny's expertise extends to gender and poverty analysis, having worked as a consultant in various contexts and as a Global Equality Advisor at Concern Worldwide. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Tropical Agricultural and Environmental Science from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Birmingham.
