Boris Veljovic is an experienced plant and operations manager with a demonstrated history in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Conceria Pasubio SPA since January 2021, Boris is responsible for plant EBITDA, overall KPIs, and operations, reporting directly to the Group COO. Previously, Boris held the position of Operations Manager at Siemens AG, overseeing production in the Rolling Stock division and achieving over 30% productivity improvement in FY20. Boris also has a diverse background in training, consulting, and quality management, having worked with organizations such as DNV GL, QSCert - Serbia, and Magneti Marelli. Boris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Union University and has undergone additional education in business and engineering.
