Niki Kotecha is a Visiting Researcher at the University of Toronto, funded by the Global Fellowship Programme at Imperial College London and the Turing Scheme, focusing on Dynamic Optimization & Reinforcement Learning under Prof Chi-Guhn Lee. Kotecha serves as a Venture Fellow at Creator Fund, investing in Europe's deep tech companies, and holds the position of Founder in Residence at Conception X. Additionally, Kotecha works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London, supervising masters projects on reinforcement learning applications. Previous experiences include a research internship at bluemethane, co-founding the sustainability app FoodIE, and participating in the Discover Digital Insight program at McKinsey & Company. Kotecha holds a PhD in Process Systems Engineering from Imperial College London and an MEng & BA (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
