Praveen Kumar Ravi is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Technical Team Lead for Post Sales at Conceptia Software Technologies, Praveen manages a team of over 25 engineers focused on technical support for SOLIDWORKS solutions, implementing CRM systems, and conducting customer support case management. Previous roles include R&D Application Engineer at DOPAG, where expertise in solid modeling and drawing standards was utilized, and New Product Development Engineer at JHY Techserve, where skills in design and manufacturing for automobile parts were honed. Praveen's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Technology Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharath University, alongside a diploma in Tool and Die Technology from NTTF.
