Vikas Gupta is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President and Country Leader for Portugal at Concentrix since August 2015, Vikas previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Director for CRM International. Prior to Concentrix, Vikas was the Country Head for India at Cvent Inc., where responsibilities included driving growth in international markets. Vikas's career also includes significant roles at IBM Global Process Services in various managerial capacities, a position as Delivery Manager at Wipro Spectramind, and entrepreneurial experience in retail banking. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hindu College, Delhi University, and multiple post-graduate diplomas in Marketing, Sales Management, and Public Relations, along with executive education in strategic thinking and digital strategies from prestigious institutions.
