Sanjay Singh Khatri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of WFM and Head of GCC at Concentrix since August 2021. Prior roles include Global Head of Workforce Management at WNS Global Services, where Sanjay implemented global WFM strategies and led workforce planning initiatives, and Director of WFM at Convergys, specializing in standardizing WFM processes across BPO verticals. With a history of managing sizable workforce teams and building relationships with clients and operations departments, Sanjay's previous positions also include managerial roles at Convergys India Services, Dell India Services, and IBM. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy from Delhi University.
