Rekha Verma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, strategy development, and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as India Account Management Leader and Strategic Account Leader at Concentrix since June 2016, Rekha has previously held leadership roles, including Director Strategy & HR and Founder Member at Leeway Logistics Limited, where key achievements included developing strategic frameworks and securing Private Equity investments. Rekha has also contributed to Mahindra Logistics Ltd as Head of Strategy, overseeing the formulation of the company’s three-year business strategy and launching training initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at IBM Daksh, Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd, Xerox India Ltd, and Methodex Infres Ltd, where significant contributions were made in recruitment processes, strategic initiatives, and marketing management. Rekha holds an MBA in Marketing from Jai Narain Vyas University and has completed executive education at NUS Business School.
