Kanokwan Suksawat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Director and Country Head for Concentrix in Thailand, Kanokwan has held prominent positions including Vice President of Customer Journey Enhancement at dtac, Head of Customer Service Division at Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and South East Asia Operations Manager at Agoda. Additionally, Kanokwan worked as Service Quality Assurance Manager at Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS). Kanokwan is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Thammasat University.
