Danielle Gierman has held a variety of roles in their career. Danielle began their career in 2010 as a BASES Intern at Nielsen. In 2011, they returned to Nielsen as a TMG Intern. In 2012, they joined SAP as a Retail Value Engineering Intern. From 2013-2018, they worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in various roles including Senior Assistant Planner, Women's Contemporary Denim, Assistant Buyer, Men's Advanced Designer, and Assistant Merchandise Planner, Women's Outerwear and Modern Collections. In 2017, they interned for both Andreessen Horowitz as a MBA Intern, Market Development and S2G Ventures (Seed 2 Growth) as an MBA Intern. From 2018-2019, they worked at Handy HQ as Associate Director, Partnerships and from 2019-2022, they held various roles at WW including Director, Digital Partnerships & Strategic Planning, Director, Strategic Growth, and Senior Strategic Growth Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Operations & Partnerships at Conceive.

Danielle Gierman obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University between 2009 and 2013. Danielle also spent a semester abroad in 2012 at the University of New York in Prague. Prior to that, they attended Staples High School from 2005 to 2009. In 2016, they graduated with their Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
