Phoebe Livingston is a Development Associate at the Conanicut Island Sailing Foundation since June 2023. Previously, Phoebe served as the General Manager of Operations at BillAway from January 2013 to June 2020 and as Customer Relations Manager at PDQ Printing & Design from August 2011 to January 2013. Additionally, Phoebe was an Assistant Women's Tennis Coach and interned for Student Leadership & Programming at Clark University from August 2010 to June 2011. Phoebe holds a Master of Science in Professional Communications obtained from Clark University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, also from Clark University, graduated in 2010.
