Shantala Pamarthi serves as the Global Food Safety and Microbiology Lead at Tropicana Brands Group since February 2022. Previously, Shantala held various positions at PepsiCo from November 2010 to February 2022, including Principal Engineer for Global Bev and NAN Food Safety, Associate Principal Scientist for PAB Food Safety, and Senior Scientist for Food Safety across multiple brands. Shantala's early experience includes roles as a Food Safety and Quality Intern at PepsiCo Americas Foods and as a Research Assistant in both the Illinois Institute of Technology and Osmania University. Shantala holds a Master's degree in Food Process Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Osmania University, along with HACCP certification and extensive experience in food safety regulations and scientific research.
