Claudio Merlo is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Buyer for Poultry Products at Conad since August 2021. Previously, Claudio held the position of Junior Buyer in the Meat Sector at Eurospin from July 2020 to July 2021 and worked as an Assistant in Research & Development at Amadori from January 2019 to July 2020, focusing on poultry meat and related products. Earlier roles included managing raw materials acceptance and quality control at La Cesenate Conserve Alimentari and contributing to vegetable product analysis at the University of Bologna. Claudio's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, both from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
