Andreea Ursu, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Identity & Access Management at CONA Services, where responsibilities include overseeing the Identity and Access Team, managing projects related to Azure AAD and SAP, engaging with Bottling Security Leaders, mentoring direct reports, and managing department budgets. Previously, Andreea held the same title at the City of Boston, delivering IAM services and developing innovative capabilities using various technologies. Additional experience includes roles as HMIS Manager at the Boston Public Health Commission, Finance Data Analyst at the City of Boston, Business Operations Specialist at Projector PSA, and positions in bookkeeping and restaurant management. Andreea holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from UMass Boston and a BBA from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
