Melanie Kelly currently serves as Head of Legal and previously held the position of Commercial Manager - Corporate at Comvita Limited since November 2014, focusing on M&A, legal, and tax matters. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Accountant at Balfour Beatty plc and Group Tax Manager at J.P. Morgan, as well as Tax Manager and Tax Specialist positions at Balfour Beatty plc and KPMG, respectively. Melanie Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Auckland, obtained from 2004 to 2008, with a focus on finance.
