Bjørn Windum Højland currently serves as Head of Customer Success at comundo since April 2024. Prior to this, Bjørn held the position of Head of Customer Success & Support at Corpay One from March 2021 to April 2024, where leadership focus included ensuring a seamless customer journey and managing two departments. Experience also includes roles as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager at Jobindex A/S, and various positions in customer service and sales at Hotel d'Angleterre, SOS International, Elgiganten, and Humac A/S. Bjørn's early leadership experience began as a Teamlead at Charity Guard Communication ApS. Educational background consists of a degree in Disaster and Risk Management from Professionshøjskolen Metropol and a gymnasium diploma from Fyns HF kursus.
