Erna de Ruijter-Quist currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Westcon-Comstor, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this, Erna held the role of EVP, People at Sage from January 2021 to October 2023, with responsibilities that transitioned from HR Business Partner to the COO to HR Partner for the EMEA President and Product organization. Erna's extensive experience includes serving as MD, Global Head of HR at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed a global operations team of over 30,000 employees, and as People Director at Liberty Global, focusing on organization design. Previous roles at Virgin Media involved board-level HR business partnering and leadership development. Erna began a career in HR with Sony Europe Limited, progressing through various managerial roles, and earned education in Human Resources alongside coaching qualifications.
