Cheryl Miller, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Comstock Companies, where responsibilities include HR strategy and operations for a leading real estate development firm. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Process Lead at MyEyeDr., where data-driven insights were provided to optimize HR processes, and Senior Human Resources Generalist at GSE Systems, responsible for onboarding, compliance, and employee relations across multiple entities. Cheryl's experience also encompasses positions at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, Right Resources Staffing, and educational roles with Baltimore County Public Schools and the University of Baltimore. Cheryl holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore, complemented by an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County.
