Chris York, LEED AP, CBCP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over decades. Chris began their career as a Framing Carpenter at Ron Corbett Construction, Inc. in 1994. Chris then worked as a Glazer at Glass & Metals, Inc. from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they served as an Assistant Project Manager at Harman Construction, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. After that, they joined Rector Construction, Inc. as the Vice President in 1999, holding the position until 2006. Chris then joined KCM Inc. as a Senior Construction Manager in 2006, where they were responsible for costing analysis, project management, and quality review until 2019. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Senior Director of Construction at Comstock Companies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Construction at Comstock Companies. Chris York's diverse experience and expertise are evident through their various roles in the construction industry.

Chris York, LEED AP, CBCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction at Virginia Tech from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including LEED AP in April 2009 and Certified Building Commissioner Professional in February 2008.
