Nick Oldfield is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since April 2003, Nick has been with Computershare, currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer and previously holding positions such as Global Head of Mortgage Services, CFO for the USA and EMEA regions, Director of Corporate Development for EMEA, and Head of Share Plans Operations. Prior to Computershare, Nick worked as a Senior Manager at Rothschild from February 2000 to October 2002 and spent several years at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager from September 1994 to February 2000.
