John Britten is an experienced executive in corporate development and finance, currently serving as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Computershare since May 2019. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, where responsibilities included leading M&A and corporate finance activities. John held the position of Principal in Group Corporate Development at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, providing transaction advisory and execution services. Earlier career roles included Analyst positions at Leveraged Equities and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, as well as Senior Account Manager at Goldman Sachs JBWere Margin Lending. John holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Business Law, both from the University of Melbourne.
