Tyler Shoemaker has been working in the tech industry since November 2007, starting at Kiernan Consulting DBA KC Computers. Over the years, Tyler worked their way up from a Residential Technician to Assistant Manager, then to various titles such as Inventory Specialist, RMM Admin, and finally becoming the MSP Director. Currently, Tyler is working at Computers Nationwide as the General Manager and Service Manager.
