Ray Avant is a seasoned project manager currently serving as Project Manager II at CSI since October 2022, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex cross-functional projects. With a robust background in the United States Air Force, Avant held several senior leadership and operations management positions, specializing in weapons standardization, mentoring, training, and improving operational efficiencies. Significant accomplishments include directing the training for over 400 personnel and coordinating high-profile public engagements. Avant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona and an Associate’s Degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
