Brandon Bawden, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at CAI, Brandon has previously held the position of Director of People & Talent Operations at RVP Consultants and worked as a self-employed Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to these roles, Brandon was the Sourcing Manager and Recruiting Team Lead at AMS, and served as the Division Director of Recruiting - AVP and Senior Technical Recruiter at Robert Half Technology.
